The Williamson Museum is pleased to announce the selection of Nancy Rabb, a long-time Round Rock business leader, as the 2015 Cattleman’s Ball honoree. Mrs. Rabb is the owner and Vice-President of WAG-A-BAG, Central Texas Convenience Store operations. When Mrs. Rabb and her husband, Virg, opened their first store in 1964, it was the first commercial building built in Round Rock in 65 years.
Mrs. Rabb has worked tirelessly to support the the Round Rock community through her active involvement in STARRY, Habitat for Humanity, the Round Rock Community Foundation, Round Rock Womans Club, Play for All Park, the Williamson County YMCA and the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce. Her many honors include Round Rock Outstanding Citizen, the Chamber Lifetime Achievement Award, Local Legend Award, Texas State Retailer of the Year, Girl Scout Woman of Distinction, Service to United Way Award and the Governor of Texas Yellow Rose designation.
